The course is designed as an introductory to the use of lifting weights and using body weight as a means to build muscle and change body composition.  Emphasis is on form, anatomy, and individual goal setting.

Summary
This online weight training course will help students to better understand the ins and outs of weight training. With the current situation, we are unable to be in a gym setting so we will focus on at-home workouts as well as dive into kinesiology.
