Global Humanities - BPitts

In this rigorous inter-disciplinary program, students integrate their explorations of literature and literary forms, world history, art, heritage, and philosophy. Emphasis is on the historical development of culture and on the human dynamics of cultural change. The writing of research and literary essays aligned with state requirements will be required, along with significant outside reading. This course satisfies graduation requirements for English I in grade 9 or English II in grade 10 and for World History/Geography and Humanities.
