CRIMINAL JUSTICE (Gloden)

Criminal Justice is an elective CTE sophomore/junior/senior course. It serves as an introduction to law and the legal system. Topics covered include an overview of the court system, crimes, the criminal justice system, the juvenile justice system and basic law enforcement agencies. Special attention will be given to leadership and communication skills, trial procedures and writing skills. This class is reading, writing and research intensive. Students must pass this class with a C or better to continue on to Law Enforcement.
